Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase via a trustable shipping service.
A notification email will be sent with tracking when the order has shipped.
Although we are working with the best shipping services, once an item has been shipped, BOB STUDIO is not responsible for package

lost or damaged in transit. However, please contact us if you're having trouble with you package.

Domestic packages are sent Flat Rate Express mail and typically arrive 2-5 days of shipment.
International packages are sent First Class mail and typically arrive 7-14 days of shipment.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages, please contact us if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package. BOB STUDIO is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery.

Please be mindful that you may experience shipping delays due to the current global situation.

BOB STUDIO is not able to accept returns at this time due to the fact that each and every item is a one-piece.
